My lawyer is asking me for the DATES and addresses for all employers for the last 10 years. How is it possible to know the full date- mm/dd/yy. DO THE DATES HAVE TO BE PRECISE?? How can one know the dates?!! Please, if anyone has suggestions........(This is for Labor certification process)

aquaz - did you pay tax when you worked on those places? if not don't mention... if you did you might have filed tax....

 full time work matrai count hunchha sathi. OnCampus job le hunna unless you did 40 hrs per week.

ani Bachelors complete gare pachi ko progressive experience hunu parchha..

ani date bhaneko yekdam important kura ho it should be exact hai..pachi I-140 maa expereince letter submit garnu parchha teti khera bujhaune exp. letter ra ahile ko date same hunu parchha...

aquaz: If you really have those work experience then its your responsibility to gather those info. Consult w/ your previous employer and get those records. Also If you are reflecting those info you have to provide supporting documents. Hence, have a work experience letter accordingly too.

In general: BS + 2-4 / MS + 1-2).
Hence, you can provide the required info for filing the Labor. You dont need to dig all the way down to 10 years.

 Thanks my fren. The problem is none of those on -campus jobs I worked with F1 add anything to my work experience for greencard. These are jobs in cafeteria and library. They are not something to complement my current job .I do already have two years of experience at my job. The nature of the job (caferia job) makes me wonder why they are all important.

no dont put on -campus jobs. They dont count
