I am on a h1 visa and need to bring my parents over for 2 to 3 months for a visit .

they tried for visa in my graduation but they were rejected. 

There is nothing special this time, I just want to call them to visit and stay with us for 2-3 months and then return back to Nepal.

how is the change to get visa ? and what are the required documents to apply the visa?

It might help to do a quick search on Sajha regarding this. Almost every other week we see question like this.

Now, one time rejection shouldn't deter them from reapplying. However, make sure you show some good reason as to why they will come back to Nepal. If they have a job back home, that helps. Otherwise, some family ties/responsibility might help. You have to show as much money/property as you can. Get the property evaluated by your town office.

 I called them to visit new york, DC, Falls which I meantioned on the documents no more than that.

The thing different was I didn't have GC at that time but have now.
