had interview - Dec 2011 @ KTM .....
1) Submitted Application online when I was in US...... received a receipt/ID card/ Slip (whatever you call it) .....sent that slip to my brother in Nepal to pay application fee in Nabil Bank and schedule interview.
2) Landed in Kathmandu...............asked my brother for my slip/Id with Nabil bank's receipt (Probably yellow/pink slip)....next day had my interview.......verbally got visa........I think had interview on Thursday and collected my Passport Tuesday ....... (these days they have specific days for visa interview and passport collection.....)
3) Documents for Visa (if I remember all):
All I-20s, previous H1B (797) original ... new H1B - 797 original  (I had my new H1B extension for another 3 yrs).......all document that was submitted for new H1 B extension.......all professional license/training certificates.... all academic certificates.......job verification from employer ..... pay check stubs for last 3 months....vacation approval letter from employer ..... resume .......
4) Questions on the interview:
how long with this company, who is the owner, how many employees, what your co-worker say about Nepal.....yr work responsibility.... your clients and name few.....annual salary .......

FYI: full time job (not via consulting) ...... same field as my major ...... was about 4 yrs with the same company when I had my interview....

Hope it helps !!!! Let me know if you have any questions !!! Good Luck !!!!!!!!!!

I got 221 g pink slip and note says PIMS association needs to verify. Anyone who have gone through the same boat can share the experience. I work in my field of education and i work directly to the company. I am kind a surprise.

PIM verification simply mean that in their system your approval hasn't shown up. you know how computer glitches happens. Just wait few days, they should be informing you. (hopefully).

It is not the situation to panic, but you definitely want to follow up with them . This process to verify may take weeks..

As per the information I have, its they only to let u know once the verification is complete(normally 2-3 days but in worst 2-3 weeks) . but since you mentioned you're return flight is on Nov 14, around Nov 6-7, i would suggest you to follow up in the embassy email on the progress ..
