Bump!
Two requests:
1) When asking a question, please refrain from the usual Nepali twanke bani to talk gibberish for 5 minutes and end with a pung-na-puchhar ko question. We are not there to listen to your 'mantabya'. Let the guest do the talking.
2) Dont' bring kids to discussion forums and act indifferent to their unruly behavior. The fact that they inherited your genes says a lot about you. (This mainly applies to the usual stupid GBNC crowd and members of all those 20 something societies...gatilo kaam yauta chhaina, sab lai bolna ra guests sanga photo khichaunai hataar. Tyo kuhiyeko nepali mentality mai jhundine ho bhane Nepal mai baseko bes. Don't come and ruin few good interaction programs that we get to see around here)

I'm not making requests on behalf of Chhalphal but as a regular attendee of Chhalphal who had to endure mindless ramblings of many Mahodayas in the audience which deprive Chhalphal talks of their intellectual promise. A ruminating cow looks much cuter than humans. That's all.

I totally agree with Funky.
Even when asking a question, alot of people always talk about themselves. Some sample:
1. A law student said, "As you know, I wrote this in my article published in dcnepal.com (or some other website) also,...(five minutes about himself)" in an interaction with Sushil Koirala. I was like, who reads his piece in completely unheard of website?
2. A man started his comment by saying, "I am a PhD graduate from Korea and I may not go to Nepal" in Baltimore in an interaction with NC-UML leaders a few years ago. I was like, dude, wtf?
People ramble and ramble in these programs. Especially bad are those district level party leaders who are here with asylum card or who are here in their kids' invitation. They have to introduce themselves to get some respect. But they are eating away our time.
