Dear All,
I am currently working for a company and have a masters degree. However, based on the minimum degree of education my job requires (Bachelors degree), my employer has filed me an EB3 category for green card. my question is that is there any way to change this to EB2? Anybody in this situation before? Suggestions appreciated!! Thank you.

which phase u r in? if you are at LCA phase and application is already made then simply tell ur employer to take back the application and start new LCA process from the beginning (SWA, recruitment).
If you already passed LCA, i140, then again need to scrap the application and start from the beginning. EB2 job requirement shud be reflected during LCA phase.
