Proof me it is not a SCAM trying to screw our fellow country man. How the heck your company gonna get a people H1 for machine operator in one week. H1 for machine operator....do you even know what is requirement for H1B and top of that quota for this year already run out, your company dont sound like extempted from quota.

Why are you trying to be so aggressive hun? Meraj is absolutely right. Do you even know what is the salary requirement for H1b? Do you know what is the education requirement? You can't let anybody to work under H1b just because he is willing to work any job. It should meet specific criteria.

Engineers and other advavnced degree professionals need to go throuh H1 and need to take from 1 and half year to 6 years and even getting GC is not guaranteed and here comes GC instantaneously and directly for machine operaotor.  I will rite now leave my company and join you. give me ur contact leology.

well what do you expect from the system which wants to send graduates after a decade to their home but brings some highschool graduate without any strick security check and grants them perm residency. it is a bad investment in your part to spend your time and effort in a country which wants to send you back the moment you land here on f1 status. they have been talking abotu fixing the immi system for years but nothing gets fixed.
