If we somehow forgot our phone's password, how can we use that phone?

Dial 34 then press SEND for 5 seconds.
Turn off your phone and turn it back again.
Press 34 and press SEND for 5 seconds again.
Do it until the display screen says PW and prints your p/w out.

If this doesn't work call customer service and ask to reset the p/w.
