Guys, One of my friend applied DV for 2011 as married couple and they received a first letter now. They do not have marriage certificate to apply for second letter but they are living together as a husband and wife for couple of year and they are planning to go to Nepal for marriage this year. So guys, please help them what is the solution?? Thank you
