I have been working for a company since 4 months but recently my H1B transfer did not went thru. I have been looking for some other consultancies for Transfer my H1B so that I can keep on working with the same Client.

 Do you guys have some good companies with good billing rates, I would like to transfer ASAP

I have been working with a company since about 2 yrs and so far they have been treating good to me - might be because I am their cash cow !! Please let me know if you are interested.. But, these are also dhoti company. Let me know if you are interested. Unlike most of the companies, they don't train people though. It will be a percentage basis depending on your billing rate.. most likely 75-25. But you gotta talk with them for that

I used to work for this company. I know at least 3-4 Nepali who are working there and not complaing at all. Infact when I left his company for a better offer, he helped me bigtime.

Guys need your suggestion here. Please advise.

My employer (dhoti) is not willing to give me my H1B doc not even the copy of it. I missed some good job opportunities as my employers expectation did not meet the billing rate. However, it was a good rate but you know they are really greedy and wanted more...They are not really supportive and i am sick and tired of them and i really would like to change my employer if possible. But unfortunately i donot have H1B doc on hand.

Is there a WAY OUT and get rid of this employer. btw i do not have pay stub from them?

Tewll them that you want to get your H1B stampped and u need it. Prob they will give it to you. coz u have to have ur doc for stamping.

I work as a functional consultant (similar) kind of work.

Pack say your employer that you are going to Nepal and will be back and start a project. Otherwise you gan get it for your Lisence renewal......try...it may works

Do you need original H1 receipt for driver's liscense renuwal or a copy will work? Did anyone worked with a copy?

You need a original one.

Pack:

Tell your employer that your lisence is expiring and may will be in jail if you got pulled over by a cop.You  need to renew it. Go to DMV website and copy and paste the case of driving with expired lisence and send it to your employer and tell them that they will come to trouble at the end as they could not provide the status for extending the expiry.

Wwo knows it may work when it comes a legal  term. And make sure to ask the Original One saying it is required. If you ask a copy they can suspect.
