is it possible to file both EB3 and H1B? lets say somebody filed EB3 for you and it is still in process or got rejected, can you file H1B if EB3 got rejected or is still in process? I know you guys must be thinking how lucky i am but that's not the case. I am just dreaming or lets say trying to be on safe side.
