you can find a college and apply for F1 through them, it is your luck to get it or not.
Easier college i heard about is Golden West College, California. Do it before your 6 months visa expires.
Good Luck

Hi there I have done same thing . All you need  to  is find a college talk with International adviser,If you all the documents like your school certificates, and get finicail support document ( Bank statment from nepal )  and the letter who ever is sponsering   you    Most of the college they do  for   you like sending papper and every thing but it is upto  college for forwarding it. Send all the document USCIS. inculded SEVIS  fee  wait for the uscis no  that they will send   you can check online .you can do after 45 days of arrival wait until ur last day  of i94 expries. It happen to me same thing . But remeber one thing if you married and planing to bring your spouse then i suggest you not to do it . Just remeber that this is one way ticket if your status chaneged. then you are finnishing here stuck  here . If you have tofel then  it is ok you can go to core of the class , if not then ta ESL test, k k test let ur time will be west but it worth it. Good lluck.

Thanks for all your advice. I am here with my spouse, is it good to do change of status here? After how many days of arrival should I apply to the INS?

Lifeinepal, is your f1 approved? How long has it been filed in INS?
