‘Blessed’ Bhattarai
Recall the Maoist cadres who shot dead the sons who were in mourning for their parents. Recall the defilement of Shiva temple in far west by Maoist cadres saying religion was a crime. Contrary to that party ideologue, Baburam Bhattarai began his election campaign from Gorkha by bowing before the almighty Gorakhnath, the famous ascetic who is considered to the Avatar (incarnation) of Shiva, Nepal’s presiding deity. Dr. Bhattarai bowed before the priest of the Gorakhnath temple in Gorkha in ‘obeisance,’ and empowered with the blessing hit the election campaign.
A few years ago, Dr Bhattarai had taken his old parents to Manalapan temple in Gorkha, the abode of goddess of Shakti, although he later had pleaded that he had gone there as a tourist. Is this an exercise of the right to religion by Bhattarai, and an indicator that Maoists will now onwards respect others’ right to religion and rituals?

BABURAM AND GORAKHNATH

When Baburam Bhattarai was returning from Gurkha Durbar after receiving tika from the priest of Gorakhkali Temple, one Maoist activist told him that the blessings of Gorakhnath was very significant whether in the integration of the old Nepal or for the construction of a new Nepal rather than the sacrifice of thousands of people. He further regretted his past acts of blackening the face of the priest at the temple and putting on the garland of shoes on him.

You Maoist chamcha...Ok One day this Baburam and his YCL cadre will kill your family and then you should declare that they have changed.... Is there anyway I can kill Baburam Bhattarai and Prachanda. These are the two names that I hate the most--they were jungali and are still jungali. Did you listen what prachanda said-"We will do peace war if we do not win with majority" and similar statements have come from Bhattarai so called bidwan too. I am shocked, if they can't accept the election result then why did they come to participate in the election. Oh my god, Maobadi has said that within five years they will make the per capita income of Nepal $3000. Either they are really stupid or they think Nepalese to be really stupid and easily fooled. I am sick of these persons.

thanks pkt. i do not believe communist ideologgy completely. my only concern is NC and UML are not ready for complete republican Nepal. If they win election by majority, Nepal goes back to 2063 andolan. They are just pretending. For Nepal, we need maoist this time to check other parties from being deviated. It is nothing between you and me. Just forget about this.
