I recently come to know, that many nepali are bein deported from Texas,Nebraska....etc ..Is it true or just halla...?

 it is true  in texas i haven't heard in nebraska but looks like it started in oklohoma and is spreading.

Ya dude?? its getting really serious matter in OKLAHOMA. as far i know, from november 1, the normal cops will have right to check individuals status. so they can pull over you and deport anytime if you r in out of status. Even i heard that they are gonna take an action to employer too. So lots of my frens are already quit working in Gas station and some are planning to take off   1-2 weeks from nov 1. and also said that if u caught then you have to pay 15000 to be deported (go back to home). otherwise you have to spend all life in prison.

i also didnt heard about any deportation of nepali ?

In Irving, TX the city has taken a new measure that all people without legal documents are taken to jail. It's heard in the news including CNN that Irving Police ask for legal documents when they pull over people for minor traffic violations and if they lack legal documents to be here, they are straight taken to jail and then are reviewed by ICE authorities. A Nepali girl was also taken to jail when she was pulled over and did not have a driver's license-she was out of status. Don't know what happender to her further. Are driving in Irving area or near by also check vehicle’s tale light and head lights as well .What I mean to say is don’t do any mistake which cause cops get in to you . If you got poll over by cop try not to get arrested try to get ticket ,If you get arrested then Your states will inquired by immigration officer. And If you don’t have legal states you will be gone For long .No one can do anything until their investigation over on you. Then after they might give you option how you want to proceed the case…….

CNN reported that the state of Oklahoma has passed a bill on immigration which will be effective November 1st 2008. The bill is designed to help stop illegal immigration in the state. The state has given local police same authority as ICE agents.
