Dear friends,
Are there specific companies those sponsor H1B for SAP professionals? Most of people say that we need to pay $3,000 as application fee and 20% of our billing fee for 3,4 years if we need H1B whereas other says genuine companies sponsors H1B for free to have good human resources? I am very confused with these two views. Does anyone help me finding the correct information? If there are such genuine companies, how can we approach to them?

are u already trained for sap or do u want a company that will sponsor ur h1 and train u as well ?This is for sure any consultancy thats sponsors ur h1 b will definately take part of ur pay. coz they will be the one to pay u and that is also one reason as to why they sponsor ur h1.

Thank you for your reply. I am in fact doing a course now in SAP but I am out of USA now. So I am concerned that are there any specific genuine companies who sponsor H1B for SAP professionals?
