In Oklahoma, a NEPALESE guy was caught while selling alcohal to so called fu**ing UNDERAGE. When the cops asked about his immigration status he replied that he is in F-1 visa.(F****K). and what the cops did??????? Can anybody Guess????

It is not a surprising. The cops who comes in a crime scene have no idea what the hell is F1 status. It happens every summer in OC. You dont get any thing. Of course you get fired if you work in that store, nothing more.

Probably the cop seized the booze, took it home and drank it during off-duty hours.

It happened to one of my buddies too. On this occasion, he was buying it for a 15 year old who asked my friend to buy it for him. There were a couple of undercover detectives right outside the Gas station and they nabbed my buddy. He got a ticket for $500 dollars but escaped it by doing some kinda community service as he told the judge that he couldn't afford to pay.

So what happens if they catch students working? What if INS catch them? do they deport them right away, give them a letter to leave the country within some time or warn/fine them?

i guess ..sent him back to nepal ....
