I have been reading many threads on what would happen if Girija will go to heaven(touchwood- this should not happen, not now at least)? Actually we have to think about woman pri-minister for new Nepal. Women should lead the country and be the main decision maker in this era. Who could be the possible leader for Nepal? A woman pri- minister for Nepal? Any thought?

Dont forget what happend to Bangladesh when both pri-minister and opposition leader are female, It became worst.

Also look at the public companies in nepal where Females are at the top positions, They are more corrupted than their male counterparts.

In fact,problem is not a gender.We have do not have storng leaderhip who can lead nation.It does not matter whether man leads or woman if he/she is capable to lead n.Unfortunately we do not have such a leader at present.
Any leader's view reflect present scanrio only nothing sighted for future.We do not have leaders who can come up with long term vision.
