This is a non-profit organization very non- or very less budget. Membership is only one way out to generate revenue. For its market promotion i.e. to increase its membership or attract them, the site needed to be re-design and other improvments are in need.

I am requesting you ( professionals or web-designers with adequate knowledge in that area) to provide some information regarding the cost of upgrading and other solid possible recommendations.

1. What would be the cost ?
2. What if they take service in Nepal - ( job out sourcing now )

I will be using your recommendations for a MBA class project. If SECUB management would be convined with your idea, there is a chance they will take your service. So, please provide me your professional idea your level best. I will have to recommended how they could success in theri mission on coming Tuesday - the final day of class. 6-8 people from that organization will be listening your Fellow Nepali B.D that day. As always, I will be telling that mass of people - I AM A NEPALI - and I am productive; Listen to me. They will be listening your professional IDEA that day. So, please help !

I thought I will just give my view even if I am not a Professional Web-Developer, well: I am not a web developer at all.

I think color scheme could be improved. Light green and gray, they really don't look good together. Seems like there are too many lines and curves. It make site look very busy. I would suggest to take the curves out from Logo and Menu on the left side.

what about Cost wise ? if they have to make a wholly new site ! how much would it cost for them to improve it ? and to maintain the site annually ?

As far as Cost goes -- why don't u google using keywords "web design portfolio". If you go to a freelance amature developer, they can charge you anywhere from 250-500 for a 6-10 page website. If you choose to go to a professional companies, they may charge you anywhere from 500 - 1000 depending on ur needs.

Outsourcing would be your best bet pricewise because designers in nepal charges i think RS 1000 - 3000 -- not quiet sure. But then it might take anywhere from 3 wks - 3 mnth to design obviously bcuz of lack of proper communication. Do some more research instead of waiting on here for someone to reply.
