Murariraj ? the one that flaunts in his interviews that his current position at the U.N was a personal appointment, but the truth is that he is actually representing the Nepali government (Nepal was elected for a fixed term of three years at the budgetary committee, not Murariraj the individual). Murariraj - an individual who writes an op-ed piece in a daily newspaper and accuses his successor of malfeasance. His successor?s malfeasance being that he sacked Murariraj?s brother and nephew.
