Here is my circumstances and problems and hope to get suggestions and ideas from you.
Please advice me with some options and informations what should I do, so many students like me might be going through such kind of situation. Your help and ideas are highly appreciated.

I graduated with a Bachelore's degreee last year from one of the well known University in United States. I didnt get my OPT, thus I became out of status and couldnot enroll here in United States for graduate school(Masters). I am in out of status now, and only option I have is to go back to Nepal because I dont have Opt nor F- 1 status. However I want to pursue my further studies for Masters in Canada(As it is impossible in US now)
Thus please suggest and give ideas how to enroll in Canadian University from US. Do I have to go back Nepal to do that or I can do admission and visa procedure from US.
Please give me lawyers information also if you have. How do get visa to Canada from US? Can they issue it on Washington DC? What is the nice place and good University in Canada?
Please help me in this regard and I am sure this kind of information will be fruitful to many students like me.

despair no more....keep working wherever you are save some...get married with a citizen here...a must and thenyou'll be all set..

2nd option..keep working save some..do your Ielts for AU or apply to Uk after getting back home..

ask/find an employer who will sponsor you for greencard...................unles your pasport's stamped with depotation...

just to get your brains working while not studying here...take online courses from Eurpoe or Austrailian colleges...they will accept...and once done you can go to Au and then transfer credits in school..

go back to nepal/india and continue strudy..

forget about your studies keep working here and chill

if you still have less than 3-6 months of being out of status find a lawyer immediately who will reinstate you in a college..

.if you've wasted only summer months after yourr opt expired, you can still get your F-1 visa back if its within 3 months range..try a UNiv immediately ..like there are few like that do like amburton univ (cheap too) in Texas, Finley in Ohio or JWU in providence or community colleges around you..and goodluck life doesn't end here
