Is it night or day at Younge/Dundas ? Actually it's in the evening well after dark at 9:30 PM but the long sutter speed brought ore light that it actually appeared at that time of the evening.

Toronto is desert-like, I hear. Very hot in Summer and extremely cold in winter.

I didnt find Toronto any different (in terms of climate) from most of the cities in mid-west and northeastern US. In fact I found southern Michigan to be worse than Toronto. In my expereince Buffalo, NY gets more snow than Toronto does and Chicago is hotter than Toronto in summer but gets just little less snow than Toronto.
