Makune has been staying in this house for years. The exterior of his house looks the same as I had seen 2-3 years ago. The interior of the house is very ordinary and spartan as well.

as far as i know, maoists bandh call had no effect in the valley,may be due to lack of communication, but the western part was closed down. students in pokhara organised a demonstration in the afternoon and 250 of them were arrested the following night.
