Now Dems are in real trouble immigration-wise. They'll have to say we tried our best to bring immigration reform but it was just that parliamentarian.
Voters: "Who?"
Dems: That parliamentarian in the senate.
Voters: Is she an elected officer?
Dems: No. We are the elected ones.
Voters: So, how come in a democracy, elected reps cant do but the parliamentarian who is not even a judge can "rule"?
Dems: Dont worry, please vote us again, we will try again and see if she agrees to our new proposal--Plan D, E, F etc.
Voters: We are not sure about that. Had it been for Repubs. they would have done it anyway possible in their favor. See the SC justices--2 of them against the "ethics."

Democrats do not care about immigration reform. If they did, it could be done tomorrow. If they are willing to secure the border tight and Republicans will happily give papers to DACA and TPS and more. I’m convinced Republicans are better for immigrants ironically.

Yeah agree wi you. Dems worry about would-be immigrants/migrants more than who are already here. I understand the wall thing, has never happened during any presidency but at least can say will spend multimillions for tight border.
