I would prefer dallas because of job possibilities in the field of IT. Plus it has huge nepalese community, cheaper house.. but it is just my preference...

Lots of dhotis have moved to Dallas area and have taken most IT jobs. Personally I don't like Dallas. Austin is okay. Summer is brutal, more than 100 degrees.
