It takes about 1 to 2 months to get the AP normal way ,so why fake the document if you do not have a genuine reason to do so.

Well one of the guy I know has his AP still pending after 85 days and my TPS is still stuck on the first phase. I don't mind waiting 2 months for AP, but I highly doubt it will be approved by then. That's why I am exploring to expedite this whole process.

You need to make an info pass appointment or visit a local uscis office. If you have a genuine emergency you willl be issued AP on the same day within 4 hours .Serious medical condition would count as an emergency but I doubt doctors certification from Nepal would help.

I think you missed a point here , medical emergency is what warrants an emergency advance parole. I don't know if uncle / aunty would work but you could give it a try . It says relative so it might work.

Garna sakcha , Do not use fake documents. If they find out not only will you not be able to travel ...you can go to jail for it if they find it is fake. So for the sake of everyone who is doing this legally I recommend you to wait for normal processing. There is a reason why they created that process so that people with emergent need , whose father could be dying could go see them. you making fake document and using this short cut defeats the whole purpose of this process.
