Hi everybody!!
If my asylum case is pending and with the help of TPS status (AP approve) can I go to Europe or any other country and safely return back to US?

No. Dont forget TPS is temporary and asylum is your main case. I wonder why you even need TPS when you have asylum pending. Dont take risk.

@facebook till now I didn't apply Asylum. My deadline to apply asylum is first week of October that is what I'm nervous about AP
|
