I don't get this. Why should United States provide TPS for people who are here? The only people who would benefit from this are people who are out of status and living here illegally. And, no I am not a DV pareyra aayeko, or bhutanese refugee... I am just trying to understand what's going on.

If the US government deems necessary , it will do so. Granting TPS is a favor or rather generosity of the US government. Come on .... maagnu ko ni haddd huncha yaar.

Tps was designed to not force people to go back to place, where there is direct risk for their life. For example, someone came to US six month back as visitors, now we have earthquake, shortage of food and medicine etc. so it not wise to force them to go back in middle of all this, just because their visa is expiring.

Now I am pretty sure they have evaluated how many people from Nepal are in this situation and will take benefit of TPS if granted.

All other illegals, students, or whatever it is , who never had intention to go back and asking for TPS are trying to take advantage of situation and use it for travel and EAD.

PS: I sighed petition for the sake of few who might really need it.

DON'T GIVE WRONG INFO TO PEOPLE. TPS WON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO TRAVEL.

If people do not understand the meaning of "natural disaster " I cannot help them out. And to ask for your own right in this great country, if they think we are begging I cannot help them to make them understand now.

When different congressman, senators are asking White House for this law i cannot help those people to make understand why they are forcing government to do so.

For me I only understand that Nepali is the only race who cannot help their own community. They are done when they are in position and rest they do not care not only that ask so many stupid question before researching themself.

They think it is a part of taking advantage after the situation when "they themself have reached in position' legally or illegally ' .

Finally Nepali is the only race who still thinks " Nepali haru halla matra garchan aru kaam chaina" , but they do not think "what he has contributed to others "!!!!

And fawking it is the only race who says, " I love my country and pray for Nepal " , I habnt understood how you gonna help your country when you do not care about your people
