He along with three others(one Nepali) are trying to make a living out of it. they opened momo cart just 7 months ago. MOMO there had a total authentic KTM feel including the achar. Do check it out if in the Portland area yall!

I ate momo in one of those carts while I was in Portland few weeks back. It was operated by a woman who called herself tibetan (married with a Japanese). She was nice as she offered me and my friend with a cup of coffee as well. Momo was not awesome though...just OK!
