Since MS in biology has less job market as compared with IT, I am thinking of doing MS in computer science without having enough background on it. Is it possible or not possible at all? Should I take a lot of prerequisite course before I join or can I take prerequsite after I join? or I am not eligible even if I take all the prerequsite courses. Any information on this will be highly appreciated.

That would be better decision. Anything related to BIology sucks (trust me on this) as you have to spend half your life just preparing yourself for your professional career..On the other hand, if you take a few undg courses at community school, you could easily get into MS program in Compt science. You will thank me later in your life.
