Syal that is a very good question. In the US, the reason people don't marry early is because either they are not done having sex with different partners or they haven't found the right person.

If you are over 22 and in the US, and you haven't gone on a date for over a year, or you haven't gotten laid for over a year, then it's time for you to get arrange married because if it hasn't happened for over a year, it's not likely to happen anytime soon.

 I guess it is the same for both men and women.. 25 at the earliest.. 32 at most. What matters most is you must start living on your own before getting married  and already know what you want.

What you wrote could be right on both men and women's part.
But many have some ethical,spiritual and other reasons not to get married but
as long as your penises and vaginas are in good shape, there shall be no age restriction when to get married.
After all, marriage is another name for intercourse and making babies. Relation comes later on.
