Best is keep on looking job in your field in indeed, monstor...keep on applying, keep track where did you submit your remume, with company name and position you apply for. At same time, keep on taking some computer course the one you thing you like, do resarch first. Do not  jump in programming language like Java and C++ just looking job market is hot and salary is high. Do look, Database, QA, UI....
Once you know what course to do, ask couple of friend where to join. Do research on consultancy too.
If you get job from your own resume that's great, other wise do marketing from consultancy on the field you took training.
If you study 8-10 hrs a day during training, its almost 100% sure you will get the job. but you need to put effort.

I like your attitue, you are will make way better money then what you are making from IT. who care how much consultancy take commission. First work for couple of years, once you have experience, you can find the company yourself, you will have your own network.
There are consultancy, who provide pay for your grossary, place to live, free training. All you need, is laptop, interest, your effort.
There are plenty of job in IT, but keep on looking your field if you want.
Good Luck.
