Looking for a technology analyst who will be responsible for supporting the development efforts in the recruiting and onboarding application areas:
- Work with the business clients to review requirements for accuracy and completeness
- Document and translate business requirements to design and technical specifications
- Work with developers and vendors to understand design and faciliate development efforts
- Lead and participate in unit testing efforts alongside developers to ensure business requirements are met
- Manage user acceptance testing, faciliating the process between business testers and developers to track progress and resolve issues
Candidate must have the following skills:
- good understanding of SDLC
- technical / development knowledge to be able to communicate with developers and understand back-end code design
- experience with recruiting and onboarding applications and processes
- ability to follow through on deliverables and manage various activities simultaneously
- ability to communicate and interact clearly
3-5 years of relevant experience.
