sorry if this is a dumb question..i have this habit of re confirming anything before I do it..I recently got the updated I-20 from my college and I guess I need to print and sign my name at the bottom of the 1st page (point#11), right? does the date has to before, same or after the internation advisor has signed it? Could you please check yours and let me know..i will be grateful..
thank you!

it should be the date when you are signing it. and obviously after the interantional advisior signed it.
In Nepal people are used to signing documents using back date
