why kshyetriyas have pride of being warriors? The real warriors were 3 - 4 generations ago but even now the descendants are calling themselves warriors without participating in any war.

Hahah. Have you seen in facebook regarding Thakuri Pride. They name them that way. They ask their maids to call them raja and maharani. Also they call all their relative lises bhanji maharani, bhauju maharani. This irritates me so much. That means Mallas, Shakyas and all should also start calling themselves kings since they ruled too once a long time ago. My best freind is from Thakuri family and i cant stand this shit that goes around him.

Not all Thakuris and Kshyetris are the same. In the US, I have seen a family cluster with some Thakuri blood-line but technically not Thakuris due to intercaste marriages. They always use so called "royal" language. While another royal clan also related closely to ex-royals speak normal Nepali in front of us, strictly, even without -syos suffix. I think it is all about how educated they are.
