Guyz need suggestion 
Few months ago back in December one of my friend asked me if I can lend him some money. I was not going to Lend him but later he told me that  he is having some family issue n he need some help. Since he told me it is for his family  I lend him $500 and he promised me he will return with in a month. I said ok

Now it's been more than 3 months he is not answering my call not texting me back no communication at all.

I heard he moved I new apartment but son kno where

So guyz need suggestion

Unless u have some witnesses or u transferred the money to his bank account or u wrote a cheque in his name, it's very hard to carry on legal action...

Ive had similar situation few tears back. I lend about $3k to one of mu best fren in australia... However that guy didnt pay me back for almost a year. I try to be rude, bother him and even said bad words but nothing worked. Later I became nice to him and ask to pay back in small amount what ever he can. And that worked for me. So i would recommend to not take any hard action tight now.. Be nice and ask gor whatever he can pay back. And $500 is not alot of money to take legal action. Application for sueing smbody is around $100 depending in states.

Moral of the story: If you hate someone and do not want to be friend with him anymore, lend him any money and rest will take care of itself. Been there and suffered the same.
