Hi,
I am Newbie.
I would like to know at/from which step(PWD, Labor, I-140, I-485) in EB2 Process I should include my spouse information so that later we can together file for change of status .

PWD and Labor is related to your job. So, you can include your spouse information while filing I-140 and I-485.
