It appears it was the traffic police's fault to begin with. If the police department in Nepal is fair and not corrupted, and do not listen to the political leaders , then the law can be enforced.

correct me if I am wrong . So, you are saying looking at the circumstances in Nepal there are personnels that are corrupt means being a citizen we shouldnt expect law and order and we can do whatever we want? is that your implication !

I've seen the way the traffic police ( and also the police i general ) behave with the public,,as if they a re all criminals,, never addressing anyone as timi or tapai,,staight to taan and [Disallowed String for - use not allowed],,so what should they expect? I reemeber seeing a traffic police go and punch on the face of a txi driver once at JAwalakhel for no apparent/ adequate reason. If a police officer in USA were to do that I am sure it would make it in the headline..and his job in jeopardy and him waiting for the trial..
