Master's + some experience would qualify for EB2 but Associate + 5 yrs of exp will definitely go for EB3. Bachelor's + 3 yrs of exp would challenge for EB2 if not EB3 (safe is BAchelors + 5 yrs). In overall if that's the job requirement, then DOL will list it in EB3 row because of present of Associate + 5 yrs.

it is eitherr masters or bachelors plus 5 years of experience.you do qualify with your masters. It is not the degree that defines eb2, it is the job requirement that defines whether you qualify for eb2 or not meaning you need high salary job and job should require masters.
