i dont know man!!! i really feel sad when neplese have to suffer like this in usa ..i strongly recommend neplese to seek employment in europe as at least you dont worry about hospital bills and you will never starve to death even if you dont have a job. say for instance here in uk  in national health service everything is free even botox.....boobs enlargement....all international student are covered....in scotland you dont even have to pay for prescription. if you loose your job you get jobseekers allowance og 70 pound a week until you find a job . if no place to stay then your local council will house you up. what more do you want??? american dream or european security? any way this is not the issue here . i prey for their fast recovery .please help them if you can.
