Hi,

I by mistakely failed to stop a red light and hit a car recently. I have been told to go to court for a hearing.

I am going to Nepal and have rescheduled my court date later (after I return back from nepal). Will that impose any problem while getting H1B stamping from Nepal ???

any ideas ???
