sorry mate to hear that , Ya ! Same problem happened to my fren too . He lost his passport and now he is stuck here . You can go to Nepal , but if you want to come back ,  you have to reply for visa again. ( same all process , interview , documentation ) or there is one option you can take risk by going canada or mexico and apply from there . but there is risk !.

you can apply for new passport at the moment or you might wait for readable passport which may help you , coz it gonna replace our old passport .

suggestion according to my frn who lost his passport too ,  stay cool here , or take your own risk !!there is no any other way that you will get visa without interview again . and for interview you have to go back to nepal and re-apply again.

Thanks for suggestion nepali balak
but the problem is i don't have driver licence n social security card and without valid visa in the passport,i can't make either of them
so I think I need to take risk by going to nepal in december bcoz i don't want to live in united states without driver licence n social(like illegal spanish)
When i reasearch case like lost passport,i found out that there is more proability of getting chance of getting visa.

If you have valid documentation (H1b, F1, or similar) to prove your rightful stay in US. I do not think its difficult to get visa from Nepal. Accidentally people loose their document, and we/you are not exception. If your stay in US was rightful/lawful/legal in the past, and your presence in the future is for a valid specific reason, I do not think you will suffer. Optimism leads to peacefulness.
Good luck
