Filing fee for i140 is $475 you can add another $1000 dollars for Premium Processing to make decision within two weeks.Texas Services Center is little bit slower.Nebraska is ahead in processing.It's taking from one to three months looking at current trends.You can see the website below for patterns details. http://www.trackitt.com/

My attorney asked me not to go for Premium though. Even if you get 140 approved within a week, as per trackitt trends you won’t get 485 approved till about 60 days and gc around 70 days. If you go non-premium, 140 take around 40 days and 485 60-70 days and GC 70 to 80. My attorney asked me, why I want to waste $1000, which makes sense. Plus, premium is always more risky, as per him.

MN_Nepali, I thought same so I filed i140/485 concurrent with EAD/AP with just regular processing.
