Great to see nepali scientist contributing greatly for science. I hope in next 10 years we are out of shadow of bahadurs as my Indian freinds always force my mouth shut if I argue anything about indian policy towards nepal. keep it up guys we need to see more and more http://rdmag.com/News/2010/04/Materials-Energy-NREL-finds-way-to-give-LEDs-the-green-light/

Wish it comes true. You are asking as if it is produced in a lab or factory. Thanks for sharing.

Good approach ! Today everyone knows that Science and Technology is the first priority in any government throughout the world. The fact is particularly understood by US Government, Japanese Govt and among others (developed nation). The budget allocated in science and technology research is sufficient in these nations to go beyond box. Unfortunately, it is unlikely that science could take leap forward step in Nepal since the leaders have not completely understood the impact of science and technology that will bring changes in livelihood of millions.

I do not think most government set a side big amount for science and technology rather privet sector is more onto it. And if it comes with government funding it will go in the same direction as Butwal Thread Industry, Hetauda Kagaj karkhanaa and kapada udhyog, Harisiddhi itta tayal karkhana, udayapur cement factory there area lot to name. All are privatized and who made money, the buyer and the person in the post.
Jankpur cigarette factory and Nepal Air Lines are on the edge of privatization, the people hired by government made them sick intentionally and we are loosing millions as cost of operation and millions on the process of buying.
Even if the government put money for research and technology the minister and the head will make it sick as other organization,I am 100 % sure about it. Why Udayapur cement collapsed, the engineer got millions of rupee from Indian cement and intensionally it was destroyed. Loyalty is bought by green currency. As long as we are bought and sold by green currency this is how we live and go down.
