Hi everyone,

I just screwed my favorite T-shirt (black) with bleach (unintentionally) and it has a few white spots now. Is there anyway to fix it? Any idea guys???
Help appreciated.

I do not think there is any things that could fix the bleach spot on clothes. Same thing happened with me one time and instead of disposing it, i bleached the whole damn thing, and it looked awesome....not really white, but white-reddish color...it looked unique though

if u`d luv t save it for last then find water soluble coloring of ur choice and soak it 2 hours - providing if the tshirt has 1 color in general..... , particularly if the diminishing colors is in the figuring forms or need a special attentions on wording or pic, u hav t repaint it and redraw accordingly with reapplying its own generic colors/ use color for fabrics etc...,....  then after dried off... again soak it again with sodium silicate/color fixer overnight, rinse wash.... color will stay..... happy testing!

Jackasparow, ( see how I did that cleverly? ;) ),

your question is similar to someone asking how to fix a burned piece of paper. I've learned from my own experiences. You can't do anything about it. I've lost 2 of my favorite shirts and pants in recent years. :(

We know what happens with the bleach, we are not careful while dumping it. Once we loose favorite clothes, you would not be doing that anymore.

When you add bleach, you pour carefully, even the residue in the spinner ( if you have old one) ruins the clothes.

Add the color bleach  all the way down and run the water first and then add the clothes. If you are using laundromat and you can not do this way, then buy detergents that has bleach content or oxy clean. If you have coffee or tea spot, spray shout or oxy-clean or similar product 7-8 minutes before you load them, they are color safe.

OK Guys I found somewhat of a solution but it depends on th size of the bleached spots. In my case it was not too big. So, I used permanent marker to color the t-shirt ( please make sure they are both same color). I dont know what happens when i wash it but it works for right now. :)
