i checked out of my apartment today and now i dont have no place to live for the next 7 days.

my flight to nepal got postponed so hence my dilemna.

where should i live, what should i eat ? mcdonalds ? burger king?? should i live in the homeless shelter ?? i dont want to pay for a hotel.


these things are in my mind at the moment.

Why dont you negotiate with your apartment manager and ask to extend your stay for a week? They will let you do that unless you want to be homeless and get experience in pan-handling and pot-handling. lol

latoboy - let me tell you a smilar story hai? :P it's kind of funny ke and stupid!! :) :)
okay i was coming to the US from Australia hai, and then we had signed out from the apartment and thrown everything away and all we had was suitcases with us ke, so we went to airport and we gave them all our luggage and stuff and were tying the little stickers to the suitcases ke, then this guy who's entering stuff in the computer at the desk is like where does it say that your passport expires re ke?? and we were like hmm..it's nepali passport (it was a old one ke) it doesn't have an expiration date but at the back it says that it's supposed to expire 5 years after it's been issued!! now we didn't even think about this ke, and it was so wierd of him to want to check the expiration date ke hai, since the visa was issued recently ni!! so he looks in the back and he sees all this writing and then he gets down to reading it ke!! and then he's like your passports been expired for two weeks re ke!! and we were like :O :O :O what???? :S :S :S
yeah so he was like you have to get new passports before you can travel re ke!! and then we had to go the friends house who had come to the airport to drop us off ke!!
not only was it funny but also really really unusual ke!! uff!!! :S :S but that's never happening again ke!! :) :)

actually i do have friends places where i can sleep at night . so sleeping is not a problem

BUT, what do i do in the day, everyone goes to work, and im basically wandering around the city , library, campus, sight seeing..no work, no job, no school, maybe i could sit in the street with a sign saying "need money to eat".. lol...

my bags and all i rented a Storage room and put them in there. I have a car so i can get around and stuff...

Doesn't seem to be your are having any problem .You are having great time .enjoy.no work no school .What to do in the city???hahaha. Go around places of interest.Watch TV at your friend apartment.how are you homeless????you have car .you have place to sleep. you have money to put stuff in storage.

If you have a car, can afford storage space, you are not homeless. Just go watch couple of movies during the day and sleep in your car at night.

i say, homeless is when one doesnt have his own place to stay,

u say watch tv in my friends apartment but all of them are at work,
if their at work and the door is locked how do i watch tv.
maybe i could go to the hospital and watch tv and tell the doc i have TB.
