does he deserve death penalty or life imprisonment? :S:S::S

After almost two years of fiasco, it seems like Peterson has nothing left in his tank to prove himself innocent. All fingers, facts and evidences point his faith to federal prison or dark chamber where he will be executed.

I am not a great fan of death penalty but in cases like these it is hard NOT to bring out the prospect of killing the person especially when given the FACT that it will bring some kind of solace to the grieving family. But again, death seems easier than being caged in 6 by 6 feet box with all those things to ponder about.

Well, let the people decided I guess. But, it is definitely sorry that a normal average guy like him would kill his wife and unborn child just for money and another mistress.

I am against any form of capital punishment. Life imprisonment (20 to 30 years), would be my deision if I were the judge.

It seems Peterson is going to get death penalty. He is going to be injected lethal injection god knows when. If he were to be black, he would be walking free like O J Simpson by now.

Hareyyyyyyyyyyy...I am not sure what relevance you might have been attempting to portray by bringing up the race issue here. However, the truth remains that blacks outnumber the whites BY FAR in terms of getting convicted of capital crimes AND having those sentences carried out to them.

Furthermore, some very reliable and serious research have also suggested that the afforementioned fact may not be entirely because of the fact that the minorities are more likely to be criminals -- studies have proved that in many cases prejudice based on race was a factor in determining the capital sentences.

I agree with Hangu bro..but I don't think he had any balls at all.. if he did... he wouldn't have killed his wife and unborn child..that fu**er should be buried alive, fed to the lions alive or somebody think of something cruel to do to him cuse aside from his wife, he killed his child as well..he will burn and rot in hell for sure..

The crime is serious enough that it would not surprise me if jury voted death for him.He manage to fool all of ppl for long. he is a monster but still if I were the judge my deision would be life imprisonment without parole.

killing scott peterson is not going to bring back his wife n his unborn kid to life. death penalty sounds really scary n harsh. especially coming from nepal where "officially" ppl arent sentenced to death.
Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. and sometimes the forces of nature work against you and you run into sheer bad luck. it could be the case in scott peterson or he could be a down right cold blooded murderer. until n unless someone actually witnessed such murder cases no one actually knows but the murderer, the victim and god(i guess). thats the sad part. no matter how advanced technology has become, the discoveries in forensic science... karma is one step ahead.
death penalty should not be an option. i am sure the Laci peterson's family would find it just to have scott killed. an eye for n eye i guess.
