 From when did Sajha.com started charging for room rent listing

I think its been a while I guess.
I tried to post something for rent mid of last year 2017 and they charged $5.00.

I think they charged $5.99 per post and if you do repost again they charged little less than $5.99. People do repost if there listing is on next page or expired.
