Hi DNepal,

I recently got my EAD from TPS. I was student like you and was in OPT and applied for TPS-EAD once my OPT was expired. I am thinking of applying for Advance Parole as I have heard you are allowed to travel to Nepal with it anytime you want. Can you tell me the steps or process to apply and how long does it takes get the AP?
