thats because there is no consultancy that does what you are asking!! you can add Tableau to your skill set But anyone with excel knowledge and some statistical knowledge can work on Tableau, do not make it your primary Skill if you are really looking to get placed.... - my 2 cents

You can literally learn tableu in youtube within a day. It's simple is that. That's why no one is replying. I won't call tableu a primary skill set. As Jaxnepali says those who has excel knowledge can work on tablue. It's just another reporting tool. However you can search for consultancies for Reporting Analyst. That will teach you powerbi(which is hot right now), tableu, Microstrategy, Crystal report etc. You need at least 3 of them to be report developer.
