labor certification = prevailing wage (~3 months)+ ad (2 months) + eta (4-5 months) i140- if premium (~1k extra), ~20 days else, around 4/5 months i485 - I guess around 5 months here again. Not exact sure though i140 and i485 can be filed concurrently. so if you do that , in around 6 months , both will be completed without processing i-140 in premium.

Labor 5-8 months. If audit add 1 year 140 -4-6 months. 485 -5-8 months

Based on my experience Labor certification = prevailing wage (~2 months)+ ad (2 months) + eta (6 months) I140 = 3 and half months I485 = 4 months In total about 20 months, if you start from a scratch
