This will boost his PR (he is famous yes, but now he will have more positive PR than negative) and bring him more money (salary+endorsements). More importantly, he will have a good young supporting cast (3 no one overall picks in last 4 drafts) and a better shot at the championship. Wiggins-Bron-Irving.

Lebron James staying in Miami will have positive effect on the financial condition of Miami (all other factors neglected). Lebron James leaving Miami and going to Cleveland will have a negative effect. Since Miami is a bigger factor on imports/exports, this means a good financial health of Miami is more important to Nepal than that of Cleveland (let's face it, business from Cleveland aren't going to order Nepali goods).

Hence, Lebron James leaving Miami is BAD for the financial state of Nepal and Nepali. By understanding this fact, Nepal can revise their import/export estimates.
